Anix Global is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Sales Executive specializing in real estate development to join their team in Dubai, UAE.

Role Summary

The selected candidate will act as a Property Advisor, guiding clients expertly in purchasing and investing in real estate developments. This role emphasizes providing a smooth, professional sales journey grounded in strong market insight and excellent client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist buyers in comprehending real estate projects and navigate them through the purchasing steps.
• Offer comprehensive details on property features, pricing, payment options, and legal protocols.
• Build and nurture ongoing relationships with prospective and existing clients to boost sales.
• Work in close partnership with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure unified client service.
• Conduct property tours and site inspections, highlighting development advantages.
• Stay informed about real estate market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory standards within the UAE.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, contracts, and paperwork promptly.
• Meet and surpass assigned sales goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Property Advisor or in a similar real estate development role.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE property laws, including RERA regulations and development procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Customer-centric attitude with a proactive sales focus.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Preferably holds a valid UAE driving license.
