Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Advisor with a strong background in real estate development to join our team based in Dubai or Ras-Al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will guide clients through purchasing or investing in property developments, ensuring a smooth and professional sales process supported by comprehensive market insights and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients by explaining details of real estate development projects and assisting them during the purchase process.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding property details, pricing, payment options, and legal formalities.
• Establish and nurture client relationships to generate and increase property sales.
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a unified client engagement experience.
• Conduct onsite property viewings and site tours, highlighting key benefits and features of the offerings.
• Stay informed about market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory frameworks within the UAE property market.
• Prepare and deliver sales offers, contracts, and related documents accurately and promptly.
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Property Advisor or in a similar real estate development role.
• In-depth understanding of UAE property laws, RERA guidelines, and development procedures.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients effectively.
• A customer-centric approach combined with strong sales drive.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Holding a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
