Job Overview

Anix Global is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Consultant specialized in real estate development to join our Dubai team. This role focuses on providing expert advice and support to clients interested in purchasing or investing in our property developments, ensuring a streamlined and professional sales journey.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the features, specifications, prices, and payment plans of real estate projects.
• Assist clients comprehensively throughout the property purchasing process, including legal procedures.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster property sales.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Organize and conduct property tours and site visits to highlight development advantages.
• Stay updated on UAE market trends, competitors, and applicable real estate laws and regulations.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, contracts, and necessary documentation promptly.
• Consistently meet and exceed personal sales targets.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Property Advisor or equivalent role within real estate development.
• Thorough understanding of UAE property laws, RERA guidelines, and development workflows.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients effectively.
• Customer-oriented with strong drive towards achieving sales goals.
• Proficient in English.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
