About the Role

Globiva is actively recruiting for positions of Sales Executive and Customer Service Executive based in Gurugram Sector 18 (Phase 4). This opportunity invites both freshers and experienced candidates with a focus on excellent English communication and customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales and upselling activities to potential customers.
• Achieve sales targets and initiate cold calls to prospects.
• Generate leads to enhance sales performance.
• Handle inbound customer queries effectively over the phone.

Eligibility and Salary

For Customer Service Voice Process: Graduates or undergraduates with at least one year of relevant experience can apply, as well as freshers. Effective communication in English and customer handling skills are essential. Experienced candidates can expect a salary ranging from ₹16,500 to ₹23,000, while freshers may receive between ₹18,000 and ₹26,000.

For Sales roles: Both graduates and undergraduates, regardless of experience, are encouraged to apply. Excellent English communication is required. Salary is determined based on the interview outcome.

Work Hours

Male candidates will work on rotational shifts, while female candidates will have day shifts. Weekly offs are rotational, with one day off per week.
