Job Overview
Globiva, a prominent Business Process Management firm serving sectors such as banking, insurance, manufacturing, telecommunications, travel, hospitality, e-commerce, and retail, is urgently seeking Customer Service Voice Process Executives to join their team in New Delhi.
Candidate Criteria
Open to graduates and undergraduates, with at least one year of experience in customer service preferred. Freshers with excellent English communication skills and adeptness in customer handling for voice-based processes are also encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Shift Details
- Experienced personnel can expect a salary up to ₹24,000 CTC.
- Freshers are offered salaries up to ₹20,000 CTC.
- Male candidates will work rotational shifts.
- Female candidates will work day shifts.
- Employees receive one rotating weekly off day.
Role Responsibilities
- Addressing and resolving customer queries via inbound calls.
