Role Summary

The Telesales Executive plays a pivotal part in revenue generation by converting leads into clients. This role involves engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and successfully closing sales through persuasive and consultative techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers sourced from the provided leads database.
• Effectively present and market products and services.
• Convert identified leads into confirmed customers by applying consultative sales approaches.
• Meet or surpass monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators.
• Record all sales interactions and activities accurately within the CRM system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up after sales to ensure satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education qualification of 12th grade pass.
• At least one year of verifiable sales experience is essential.
• Fluent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong abilities in persuasion, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented personality capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Details

The compensation package includes a Cost to Company (CTC) amounting to INR 19,000 per month, with a take-home salary of INR 15,300. Additional earnings can be gained through performance-related incentives.
