Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore. This is a full-time, onsite role, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. The position is available immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and generate new business leads through outbound cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up—this is the primary focus of the position.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to closing deals, adapting the sales approach to fit each prospect’s unique situation.
• Consistently achieve and surpass individual sales goals through strategic selling efforts.
• Work collaboratively with Sales Coordinators and the training center to ensure seamless handover of closed deals.
• Collaborate with assigned Coordinators to follow up on payment collection for your accounts when necessary.
• Diligently maintain CRM records with up-to-date information on leads, pipeline status, and client interactions.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to facilitate renewals, upselling, and referrals within your account portfolio.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product offerings, including Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), ISO certifications, bizSAFE, training courses, and audits to provide clients with accurate and credible advice.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in sales and business development; experience in Trainings, ISO, bizSAFE, auditing, and outsourcing services is advantageous.
• Strong ability to establish and sustain client relationships.
• Self-driven and focused on meeting targets.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Available to work five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
• Work location is near Rochor MRT, Singapore.
