Sales Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a technically proficient and proactive Sales Engineer to join our team. This role combines aspects of technical consultancy with active sales engagement. You will serve as the main contact for customers interested in our diode laser and UV laser machines, guiding them through their initial inquiry to a successful technical setup and continued support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales calls and customer inquiries efficiently.
• Engage with potential leads proactively and persistently follow up to convert them into sales.
• Provide expert technical advice on laser engraving, cutting parameters, and machine details.
• Offer technical support after sales to help customers effectively operate their laser machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communication and sales progress using CRM tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
• Demonstrated experience in sales or technical support within industries such as 3D printing, CNC, or laser technologies.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, verbal and written.
• Proficient at resolving hardware and software issues related to laser equipment, including tools like LightBurn and LaserGRBL, remotely or via phone.
• Results-driven approach with capability to handle numerous follow-ups effectively.
