About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Intigriti, you will be pivotal to our rapid international growth by introducing organizations to innovative, proactive cybersecurity solutions. You will spearhead the initial stages of the sales funnel, partnering closely with Account Executives to generate and qualify leads via inbound and outbound efforts. Your activities will include cold outreach and initiating conversations with security leaders, establishing a solid foundation for enduring client relationships.
This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring two days a week at our London (Barbican) office.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business prospects across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to execute new business activity plans and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for conversion.
- Engage prospective clients through cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, leveraging lead management and video conferencing tools to efficiently communicate and schedule qualified meetings.
- Assess prospective clients' current situations to discern needs or challenges and effectively communicate the value proposition of Intigriti's offerings.
- Work with sales peers to understand market trends, industry demands, and customer personas, contributing to the development of compelling messaging and outreach sequences.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a SaaS Sales Development role supporting Account Executives in selling platform-based software with recurring revenue models to Enterprise and Mid-Market clients.
- Prior experience within SaaS companies is essential; background in software security, ethical hacking, or bug bounty platforms is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication abilities, natural curiosity, adept at questioning and responding confidently to objections.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with a drive to optimize processes and consistently deliver results.
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence and active listening skills to genuinely comprehend client needs, fostering rapport based on empathy and authenticity.
- A motivated self-starter eager to advance a sales career, proactive in collaboration and learning to enhance role effectiveness.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus.
