Role Overview
As Sales Development Representative fluent in German, you will drive Synthesia's growth by executing inbound and outbound lead generation activities that transform prospects into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive expansion through inbound leads and prospecting, generating sales opportunities and closed business.
- Educate and engage leads via calls, emails, social media, event participation, webinars, and campaigns.
- Gain deep understanding of lead generation workflows, assist marketing processes, and support smooth transition to Account Executives.
- Create and deploy email sequences, perform cold-calling to identify and penetrate target accounts.
- Consistently follow up with potential clients until meetings are arranged.
Candidate Profile
- Native or bilingual proficiency in German and English.
- Must be located in Berlin or Munich.
- Strong interest in software, SaaS, consulting, Web3, or related technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, high-growth, and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, including phone, listening, and writing proficiency.
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and desire to contribute to Synthesia's growth with scalable success strategies.
- Comfortable working in a quota-driven environment with ambition and drive.
- Commitment to work on-site at the company's Regents Place office five days each week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sales automation and prospecting tools such as Amplemarket, Salesloft, Outreach, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Background in startup environments with fast growth.
- Proficient in cold calling and building professional relationships.
