- Maintain disciplined record-keeping in CRM and sales engagement platforms, participate in pipeline reviews, and communicate progress and improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 2 years experience as SDR or BDR selling software/SaaS to US-based customers with proven success in outbound activities.
- Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and booking qualified sales meetings.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills suitable for engaging US prospects.
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo for account research and prospect list building.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement software such as Salesmate, HubSpot, Salesforce, Lemlist, Outreach, or Salesloft.
- Capability in objection handling and conducting brief discovery discussions.
- Availability to work onsite in Bangalore following US business hours (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday).

- Knowledge of ERP, TMS, workflow automation, or document-intensive processes.
- Experience engaging operations executives such as COOs, VPs of Operations, and Directors of Logistics.
