Role Summary
As a Sales Development Representative at our new London office, you will be central to establishing our local presence and spearheading outbound sales initiatives that directly impact revenue targets. This permanent, full-time position requires a hybrid work model with three days per week in-office and occasional travel up to 15% for onboarding and industry-related events.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through tailored outreach to multiple stakeholders in key prospect accounts.
- Drive outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media channels, engaging effectively on calls or video conferences.
- Qualify and nurture leads, identifying new sales opportunities and keeping prospects actively engaged.
- Participate in leadership coaching to refine sales techniques and enhance professional growth.
- Develop relationships across all buying levels, including executives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and data within Salesforce CRM.
- Contribute to improving sales messaging and prospecting methodologies.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations teams to optimize lead-generation campaigns.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Webflow's products to clearly communicate value propositions.
Candidate Profile
- At least one year of sales experience demonstrating consistent quota attainment and strong lead-generation skills.
- Proven capability in developing and managing outbound pipelines.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn CRM and engagement software.
- High-energy and motivated personality with a positive, proactive approach during phone and video outreach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Strong alignment with Webflow’s mission and enthusiasm for the no-code technology movement.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working across departments to achieve goals.
- Adaptability to ambiguity and eagerness to share best practices for scaling success.
- Open to continuous learning, especially around leveraging AI and emerging technologies for enhanced productivity.
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
- Additional European language proficiency is advantageous.
