About the Role

Finaways UK Ltd, part of the Vanaways UK Group, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a full-time, in-office position based in Grantham, England. This entry-level role offers a competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £33,000+, with commission incentives and clear opportunities for career advancement into a junior finance broker within 6 to 12 months, depending on performance. Full training, ongoing development, and mentorship will be provided by directors and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating outbound calls to potential UK business clients.
• Qualifying warm leads, following up on inquiries, and nurturing existing customer prospects.
• Gaining a thorough understanding of business finance needs.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Expanding knowledge of the company’s finance products and services.
• Complying with internal processes and FCA regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers via phone.
• Highly ambitious, competitive, and motivated by targets.
• Well-organised, process-driven, and capable of handling multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Eager to grow professionally and develop skills in finance brokerage.

Experience in sales, telesales, lead generation, recruitment, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer relationship management is advantageous but not mandatory. Those coming from education or university are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
