About the Role
We are looking for a communicative and motivated Sales Development Representative who enjoys customer acquisition and engaging with potential business partners. As a rapidly growing international software company, we have established the Sales Operations team within our sales department to further accelerate growth. This team supports sales through lead management, customer acquisition, and qualification of prospective clients. In your role, you will serve as the liaison among customers, marketing, and sales, directly contributing to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform address qualification and potential analysis of companies in target markets.
- Independently acquire, generate, and maintain customer relationships (leads).
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Advise customers on our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions.
- Support the design and execution of sales campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business informatics, or a related field, or several years of relevant work experience.
- Preferably experience in CAD/CAM, MES, PDM/PLM, or ERP environments with solid market knowledge.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong sales and market-oriented mindset coupled with excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills via email and telephone, with very good proficiency in German and English both written and spoken.
