Job description
About ARC Intelligence
ARC Intelligence develops an AI-driven Finance Operating System tailored for medium-sized corporate groups. We provide finance teams with a unified smart platform for controlling, reporting, and analysis across any complex corporate structures. Integrating ERP data, workflows, and AI into a single system enables automated processes, complete transparency, and faster decision-making.
Our vision is to become the AI-native ERP system for process-intensive companies. We are starting in finance and moving toward a future where AI-supported software manages and automates workflows throughout the entire enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Research target customers and identify key decision-makers.
- Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Maintain CRM data and assist in pipeline management.
- Prepare customer discussions, presentations, and follow-up materials.
- Represent ARC Intelligence at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on strategic go-to-market projects.
Requirements
- Some prior exposure to software sales.
- Confident and persistent communication over the phone; rejection does not deter you.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Self-driven with eagerness to learn in B2B SaaS, AI, and ERP sales environments.
- Methodical and organized work approach.
- Comfortable engaging with experienced contacts and decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with readiness to take early ownership and responsibility.
- Persuasive personality.
When You Might Not Be a Good Fit
- Anxious about making phone calls.
- Disheartened by rejections for extended periods.
- Need strict processes and structured environments, struggling with the unpredictability of startup life.
- Prefer to wait for instructions instead of taking initiative.
- Lack the drive to quickly learn about new fields like B2B SaaS or AI.
- Reserved when interacting with strangers, especially at executive levels.
