Role Responsibilities

  • Develop new business leads through inbound and outbound efforts, including email, phone, social media, events, and campaigns.
  • Research and qualify potential clients by assessing their challenges, needs, and readiness to engage.
  • Design and execute targeted outreach sequences, employing personalized emails and cold calls to penetrate accounts effectively.
  • Identify cross-selling or expansion opportunities within existing customers when relevant.
  • Educate and nurture prospects to advance them toward qualified meetings or subsequent buying stages.
  • Keep lead and activity information current within CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives to ensure seamless transition of qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to enhance lead generation methods and messaging.
  • Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly goals related to qualified meetings, qualified sales opportunities, and pipeline contributions.
  • Engage in continuous training, coaching, and professional development initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Between one to five years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound commercial roles, with level adjusted per team requirements.
  • Preferred experience or background in IT industry prospecting.
  • Proven achievement in meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline objectives.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills enabling creation of persuasive outreach and multi-channel prospect engagement.
  • Must hold legal work authorization for Australia.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of juggling several priorities and outreach efforts simultaneously.
  • Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote-friendly environment.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and find solutions without extensive supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement software is advantageous.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit with strong growth orientation and adaptability to evolving processes, products, and markets.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive gross base salaries with commission eligibility, expressed as On-Target Earnings (OTE), combining base pay and anticipated commissions.
  • Salaries shown in USD for global consistency; offers will be localized accordingly by country.
  • Final compensation considers objective job-related factors such as experience, skill set, and location.

  • Eligible roles may include stock grants subject to employment terms and location.
