Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the initial point of interaction for potential clients, shaping their first impression of Arctic Wolf and laying the groundwork for lasting customer relationships. Our SDRs are driven, optimistic, and persevering individuals who thrive in collaborative and dynamic environments. This role, based in Frankfurt, Germany, requires fluency in German and English. You will play a key role in advancing Arctic Wolf’s growth throughout the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through telephone, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Engage and convert inbound leads into solid sales pipeline entries.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline by consistently initiating outbound sales activities.
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales executives to maximize revenue within your assigned territory.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, partners, and internal teams.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to foster value-driven client conversations.
  • Regularly exceed sales targets and contribute insights and best practices to the team.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience post-university, ideally within sales, business development, lead generation, outbound, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Fluency in both German and English languages is essential.
  • Strong aspiration to develop a long-term career in sales with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving, ever-changing work environment.
  • Team-centric attitude with excellent collaboration skills across various departments.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport effectively.
  • Highly organized, creative, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Sharp problem-solving capabilities alongside a proactive and inquisitive disposition.
  • Demonstrates business understanding and technical competence.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and leveraging social media and research techniques to identify and qualify leads.

Compensation Details

The base salary for this position ranges from 28,500 to 46,300 EUR annually, aligned with job family pay structures and based on experience and location. Additional compensation includes performance incentives, equity grants for new hires, and an extensive benefits package.
