Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-expanding EMEA team. In this position, you will be responsible for generating initial sales leads and developing core processes and strategies for the commercial sales division. Your outreach targets will include engineers, marketers, and operations teams, requiring you to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential customers who match our target profile through cold calls, texts, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with the growth team to research and craft tailored outreach for targeted accounts.
- Devise innovative approaches and channels to guide prospects toward trying our free trial.
- Contribute to refining and enhancing sales processes, strategies, and tactics as part of the expanding SDR team.
- Work towards monthly performance targets and execute plans to meet these goals.
- Engage with new sign-ups on Slack, coordinating meetings between prospects and the sales organization.
Candidate Profile
- Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience interacting with customers and potential clients.
- Interest in technology, with a particular focus on data.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
