Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative at Avvoka, you will be an essential member of the revenue team, responsible for expanding the pipeline, defining the initial prospects’ experience, and supporting the mission to transform document automation technology.
You will regularly engage with senior leaders from legal, commercial, and operations backgrounds across global law firms and enterprises. Your mission includes educating the market, qualifying sales opportunities, and converting interest into meaningful conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify and segment target accounts within important industries.
- Gain an understanding of customer challenges related to legal operations, workflow, and automation.
- Create customized messaging sequences appealing to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to fine-tune outreach efforts and ensure alignment on ideal customer profiles and personas.
- Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
- Rapidly and methodically qualify inbound leads, providing an excellent experience to prospects.
- Arrange high-quality discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Accurately document all activities in the Customer Relationship Management system to maintain thorough tracking.
- Consistently achieve or surpass key performance indicators relating to outreach volume, meetings arranged, and pipeline contribution.
- Offer structured insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams regarding prospect needs and emerging market trends.
- Recommend messaging, positioning, and outbound strategy enhancements.
- Participate in exploring new channels, outreach sequences, and go-to-market methods.
- Pursue growth opportunities within the company, such as advancing to enterprise SDR, Account Executive, partnerships, or revenue operations roles.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in sales, sales development, or lead generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or legal technology sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and social media proficiency (especially on LinkedIn).
- Confidence in initiating cold outreach and clearly presenting value propositions.
- A methodical approach to qualifying potential customers and managing sales pipelines.
- Interest in legal technology, document automation, and workflow software.
- Ability to quickly learn product details and convert them into compelling, benefit-focused messages.
Additional Advantages
