Overview
Crystalbrook Collection is excited to announce the upcoming launch of Crystalbrook Aurora, Canberra's newest five-star hotel. We are looking for an organised, proactive, and passionate Sales Coordinator eager to contribute to establishing the sales framework of this premier property. This role transcends traditional administrative duties, offering a unique opportunity to help build strong sales foundations, maintain essential relationships, and support the team's success from the hotel’s grand opening onward.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange client meetings, coordinate site visits, and manage pre-opening events.
- Organise appointments, travel plans, and events for the sales team members.
- Develop structured workflows to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assist the Sales team by updating client data using contemporary IT systems.
- Draft customer quotations and contracts when needed.
- Oversee the maintenance and management of the hotel's IT platforms.
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and direct them to appropriate sales personnel.
- Create templates and presentations to aid sales communications.
- Collaborate on proposals and key sales documents to support the team.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in hospitality, hotel environments, sales coordination, or related sales administration roles with an understanding of a service-oriented fast-paced setting.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus.
- Commercially minded with an interest in sales performance and revenue generation.
- Effective and confident communicator, skilled across phone, email, and face-to-face contexts.
- Proactive approach, anticipating needs and taking ownership to drive results.
- Collaborative mindset to build strong internal relationships ensuring seamless outcomes.
- Customer-focused, dedicated to crafting thoughtful and impressive client experiences.
- Adaptable and courageous, comfortable managing change and the dynamic energy of a hotel pre-opening phase.
