Position Overview

As a member of the Co-Products team, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales of high-value edible and inedible animal products in international markets, including Asia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East. You will collaborate closely with experienced Account Managers to coordinate global sales initiatives, manage customer demands, and support commercial results across a varied product range that seeks to maximize value from every part of the animal.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily, weekly, and yearly sales strategies for customers in the North American region.
• Facilitate efficient execution of customer orders and shipping schedules.
• Communicate sales activities and customer needs with vital internal teams.
• Coordinate closely with Planning, Supply Chain, and Processing divisions to align production with sales requirements.
• Assist in meeting sales targets and fulfilling customer agreements.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to commercial decisions.
• Handle customer complaints accurately and promptly.
• Support inventory oversight and sales forecasting activities.
• Develop strong collaborative relationships throughout the organization to ensure positive outcomes for customers and the company.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with computers, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in processing environments such as boning rooms, chillers, freezers, dispatch, or container loading is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Having or pursuing a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
