About the Role

Kalayatan Cargo & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Sales Coordinator to support the sales department by ensuring effective coordination across various teams. This position requires contributing to lead generation, assisting in proposal drafting, engaging with clients, and fostering teamwork among sales, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients by presenting and promoting company services.
• Draft commercial proposals and assist with necessary documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between marketing and operations teams to guarantee timely service execution.
• Offer customer support and efficiently resolve client inquiries.
• Maintain comprehensive sales data and generate periodic management reports.
• Support daily sales activities and follow-up processes.
• Collaborate with the billing department when needed.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated previous experience in roles such as Sales Coordinator or Sales Support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong multitasking skills, effective prioritization, and deadline adherence.
• Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
