Role Overview

As a Sales Coordinator within our Airport store team, you will play a pivotal role assisting the Store Management team in fostering a culture centered around superior performance and outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting sales and profit objectives by providing continual training, coaching, and support to the sales team.
• Ensuring merchandise presentation meets agreed standards and maintaining high visual merchandising quality.
• Supporting the store's financial health by managing inventory effectively, preventing loss, and controlling expenses.

Requirements

• A passion for working in a casual and engaging setting, complemented by demonstrable retail experience and solid knowledge of computers, mobile phones, and other electronic devices.
• Proven track record in customer service, including competence in cash handling and familiarity with electronic payment systems like EFTPOS, preferably using electronic point-of-sale platforms.
• Ability to operate efficiently both independently and as part of a cohesive sales team, thriving under pressure.
