Key Responsibilities

• Act as the communication liaison guiding both parties through the entire recruitment process.

Candidate Profile

• High motivation, energy, and eagerness to succeed in sales.
• Initial sales experience is preferred; B2B sales exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to stay positive during challenges and a commitment to personal growth.
• A genuine team player with collaboration as a core value.
• Possess a completed university degree or commercial training and fluency in both German and English.
