Role Overview

We are searching for motivated individuals to join our outstanding team as Sales Associates, contributing to our mission of advancing sleep wellness. As a Sales Associate, your duties will include engaging customers, understanding and responding to their sleep needs, and representing our high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to identify their needs and preferences and promote our premium products and service offerings.
• Maintain the store’s appearance through effective product presentation, restocking, and housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and conducting stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and surpass established sales goals and customer expectations.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Preferably 1 to 3 years experience in sales, retail, or customer service; however, this is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Exhibit a positive, optimistic attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Be ambitious, open to continuous learning, and personal development.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Possess critical thinking abilities and be capable of independently resolving challenges.
