Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our Dryden, Ontario location at 60 Van Horne Avenue. This role is essential to support our guests as they effortlessly transform their houses into homes. This is an immediate opening intended to fill urgent staffing needs within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and warmly welcome guests upon their arrival, serving as their primary partner throughout their shopping journey.
• Apply your design expertise and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
• Develop lasting relationships with guests to foster future loyalty and connection.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience, guiding guests seamlessly from purchase to delivery.
• Drive sales targets with enthusiasm, leveraging ongoing coaching and development from leadership.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Possess a strong enthusiasm for home décor and design, inspiring guests to create inviting spaces that host life’s meaningful moments.
• Minimum education requirement of high school diploma.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferable.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
• Demonstrate strong organization and solution-focused work habits.

Compensation and Benefits
