About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you will act as a key partner in assisting customers throughout the planning and execution phases of their projects. You will inspire project ideas, provide trusted guidance during implementation, and serve as an expert on our product assortment. Relevant experience as a gardener, landscaper, or florist is advantageous for this position.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver enthusiastic and knowledgeable sales consultations, ensuring customers enjoy a distinctive shopping experience at HORNBACH.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach by guiding customers through their projects from initial planning to completion as if they were your own.
• Ensure orderliness and availability of stock by maintaining proper product placement and fully stocked shelves so customers can easily find the required items for their projects.
