Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand their sleep needs and promote high-quality products and services.
- Maintain store presentation by ensuring appealing displays, stock replenishment, and cleanliness.
- Assist with receiving shipments, organizing stock, and conducting inventory counts for accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and expectations.
Candidate Qualifications and Desired Attributes
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, though not mandatory as training is provided.
- Positive outlook with strong customer service focus.
- Ambition and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Availability for shifts during days, evenings, and weekends.
