Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Associate for the Butchery department at our Pirna location. The role involves ensuring excellent presentation and maintenance of meat and sausage products, delivering professional customer service, and adhering to relevant food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and present meat and sausage products, including self-service shelving, maintaining product quality and store presentation.
• Deliver knowledgeable and friendly service and advice to customers in the butchery section.
• Comply with legal requirements such as HACCP, Infection Protection Act, and Food Law, implementing these standards within the butchery department.
• Inspect deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Completed vocational training in food retail, preferably as a specialist butcher sales associate, or open to career changers with relevant interest.
• Enthusiastic about customer interaction and passionate about retail and food products.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Professional, courteous appearance and conduct.
• Flexible, motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
