Position Overview

As a Marktleiter (Store Manager), you will be responsible for planning all market operations, managing merchandise disposition, overseeing sales, costs, and inventory control, as well as leading and managing the store personnel.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in retail food sales.
• Preferably some initial experience in a comparable leadership role.
• Strong commitment and willingness to engage actively in all tasks.
• Customer-focused mindset with well-developed service orientation.
• Assertiveness and proven leadership skills.
