Key Responsibilities
- Meet team sales targets by implementing effective selling strategies and techniques.
- Deliver outstanding customer service including offering tailored product suggestions and quickly addressing customer queries and issues.
- Guide and support less experienced team members by sharing product insights and successful sales methods.
- Build strong customer relationships that promote loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
- Keep current on all store items, new stock arrivals, and ongoing promotions.
- Recognize customer requirements and provide customized shopping assistance to improve their buying experience.
- Remain updated on market trends and competitor activities to better satisfy customer needs.
- Support store operations such as daily opening and closing, cash handling, and managing inventory.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in branded products, is advantageous.
- Exhibits responsible behavior, patience when interacting with customers, and the capacity to handle work-related stress and challenges.
- Maintains a positive, energetic attitude coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates willingness to adhere to corporate policies, strong personal accountability, and motivation for professional growth within the company.
