Role Details

• Position: Sales Assistant/Store Colleague
• Location: Sutton 1, England, UK
• Work Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week with full flexibility needed to work any day from Monday to Sunday
• Salary: Starting at £13.52 per hour (£26,363 annually), increasing to £13.69 per hour post-training; includes London Weighting Allowance
• Additional Earnings: Up to £2,000 annual performance-based discretionary bonuses

Key Responsibilities

As the store's face, you will warmly welcome customers, assist with a variety of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products, ensure compliance and maintain the store's appearance, and collaborate with colleagues to surpass goals. Accurate and secure transaction handling is essential. Speaking Romanian or Polish is advantageous but not mandatory due to customer demographics.

Candidate Profile

Professional experience in pawnbroking is not required, but an authentic interest in customer service, strong integrity, and eagerness to learn are critical. H&T will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this fast-changing role.
