• Multilingual abilities are an advantage due to diverse clientele, though not mandatory.

Candidate Requirements

No prior experience in pawnbroking is necessary. However, a genuine interest in working with people, strong ethical standards, and eagerness to learn are essential. Full training and support will be provided to develop your skills and confidence in a fast-paced retail setting.

Work Details and Conditions

• Position is full time with working hours totaling 37.5 hours per week.
• Flexible availability from Monday to Sunday is required.
• Starting pay is £13.52 per hour (equivalent to £26,363 annually), which will increase to £13.69 per hour after successful completion of training (including London Weighting Allowance).
• Opportunity to earn up to £2,000 annually in discretionary bonuses based on performance against key metrics.
