About the Role

Join H&T Group Ltd as a Sales Assistant in Southampton 2, stepping into a dynamic position at the UK's leading pawnbroker and a top jewellery and watch retailer. This full-time role involves working 37.5 hours per week with flexibility required across all days from Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Offer warm, professional, and friendly customer service, ensuring each customer feels valued.
• Assist customers with various services, including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to surpass store targets.
• Process transactions accurately and securely.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage given our diverse clientele, though not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary begins at £12.75 per hour (£24,863 annually), rising to £13.44 per hour after completing full training. Additionally, you have the potential to earn up to £2,000 each year in discretionary bonuses based on key performance indicators.
