Role Objective
The position involves enhancing and expanding SECO Healthcare's offerings in POCUS, ultrasound-guided procedures, anesthesia & pain management, vascular access, interventional radiology, musculoskeletal and orthopedic applications, alongside related interventional technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and business growth initiatives for POCUS and associated interventional technology portfolios.
- Conduct demonstrations, application presentations, and user training on ultrasound and POCUS devices.
- Assist clinicians during evaluation, trial phases, and equipment adoption stages.
- Provide application guidance for ultrasound-guided procedures including musculoskeletal, regional anesthesia, nerve blocks, vascular access, pain management, sports medicine, orthopedics, and select interventional radiology cases.
- Cultivate relationships with physicians, clinical users, biomedical teams, procurement, and decision-makers.
- Support quotation preparation, tender processes, product trials, and follow-up commercial activities.
- Deliver first-line technical and application assistance; coordinate complex service needs with technical teams.
- Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and handover procedures.
- Manage OEM/principal partnerships and sustain product expertise.
- Maintain CRM data including sales pipelines, opportunity tracking, and forecasting.
- Achieve targets related to revenue, gross profit, and product conversion.
- Gain proficiency in complementary technologies such as RF devices, pain-management systems, diagnostic tools, ECG/vascular assessments, and procedure accessories/consumables.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or relevant field.
- Preferably 5 to 8 years of pertinent experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with ultrasound and POCUS applications.
- Experience with ultrasound platforms like Esaote, Konica Minolta, Mindray, GE, Philips, Samsung, Fujifilm, Sonoscape or equivalents.
- Autonomous capability to conduct clinician demonstrations and application trainings.
- Comfortable managing sales, applications, and frontline technical support roles.
- Strong communication and presentation proficiencies.
- Commercially driven with a readiness to operate in a performance-targeted environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Qatar if applicable.
Highly Desirable Experience
- Expertise in musculoskeletal ultrasound.
- Regional anesthesia and nerve block techniques.
- Vascular access procedures.
- Experience in emergency and critical-care POCUS.
- Ultrasound-guided pain treatment procedures.
- Knowledge of sports medicine and orthopedic ultrasound applications.
- Exposure to interventional radiology activities.
- Familiarity with RF systems such as Avanos, Nimbus, RF Medical, or similar products.
- Previous involvement in sales responsibilities including product evaluation and conversion processes.
- Experience supporting clinicians during live procedures or cases.
