SailPoint Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). The role involves configuring enterprise-wide SailPoint platforms, managing identity lifecycle processes, and creating automated workflows to ensure robust identity and access management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and roll out SailPoint ISC and IIQ solutions tailored to organizational needs.
• Handle configuration and administration of SailPoint systems across different enterprise environments.
• Manage Identity Lifecycle Management including onboarding (Joiner), role changes (Mover), and offboarding (Leaver) operations.
• Develop and sustain workflows, access certifications, security policies, and provisioning rule sets.
• Create custom rules, integrations, and automation using SailPoint extensibility features, APIs, and scripting.
• Integrate SailPoint with systems such as Active Directory, SAP HR, JDBC, Web Services, IBM i, cloud applications, and other critical enterprise platforms.
• Oversee release deployments, change management, system maintenance, and onboarding processes.
• Provide support for application onboarding and implementation of identity governance frameworks.
• Identify and troubleshoot identity and access issues ensuring prompt resolution.
• Maintain compliance adhering to security standards, regulatory obligations, and internal policies.
• Document technical architecture, system designs, and operational procedures comprehensively.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers to enhance team capabilities.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Hands-on experience administering and configuring SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Proven development and deployment skills with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Expertise in workflow creation and automation within SailPoint.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles.
• Familiarity with SailPoint APIs and extensibility frameworks for custom development.
• Proficiency in Core Java and BeanShell scripting languages.
• Comprehensive knowledge of access certifications, identity lifecycle, role management, and provisioning methodologies.
• Integration capabilities with Active Directory, SAP HR, JDBC, Web Services, cloud-based apps and SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA) project lifecycles.
• Exposure to cloud-based SaaS IAM solutions.
• Competence in release management, production support, and executing change management processes.
