Safety Supervisor

Role Overview

The Safety Supervisor will oversee daily safety operations at the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations. This role involves guiding workers on safety procedures, maintaining records, and enforcing compliance with company and governmental safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily safety tasks on the construction site.
• Educate and guide workers regarding safety rules and procedures.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment such as helmets, safety shoes, gloves, and safety belts.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and checks across the site.
• Identify unsafe conditions and activities, taking timely corrective measures.
• Provide workers with safety training sessions and conduct toolbox talks.
• Monitor safety during high-risk activities including work at heights, scaffolding, electrical tasks, and machinery operation.
• Report and document any accidents or incidents occurring on-site.
• Maintain emergency response and fire safety protocols.
• Keep accurate safety records, inspection reports, and daily safety logs.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and government safety regulations.
