Job description
Position Overview
KBM Engineering Consultancy is seeking Safety Officers for their facility in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. This is a 6-month contractual position offering a monthly salary between INR 25,000 and 30,000, intended for candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in construction site safety and HSE compliance.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Possess a 1-year diploma or certification in Industrial Safety.
- Demonstrated experience working on construction sites with hands-on knowledge of safety protocols and HSE standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out regular safety inspections and conduct risk assessments on-site.
- Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and advocate safe operational practices among workers.
- Organize and present toolbox talks and safety-related training sessions.
- Properly maintain all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) documents and incident reporting records.
- Ensure strict adherence to all the relevant statutory regulations and client-mandated safety guidelines.
