Role Overview
We are seeking a Floor Team Runner for our Coccodrillo restaurant located at Veteranenstraße 9, 10119 Berlin. This position involves front-of-house support focusing on customer service and order delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests warmly, maintaining a cheerful attitude.
- Possess thorough knowledge of beverage offerings, including wines and cocktails.
- Understand food menus and products comprehensively to assist customers effectively.
- Handle room service duties such as setting up and clearing tables promptly and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols within the service area.
