Job description
Role Summary
The RTO Operation Lead will oversee comprehensive vehicle registration operations primarily in Noida, with extensions to Delhi and Gurgaon. Responsibilities include managing processes like RC transfers, fitness certificate renewals, duplicate RC issuance, and HSRP coordination. The position requires diligent coordination with customers to arrange party appearances and resolve all process and documentation dependencies, as well as addressing and resolving customer escalations promptly.
Operational & Team Coordination
- Manage and develop a strong vendor network across Noida, Delhi, and Gurgaon to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Sales, to handle customer escalations and operational challenges effectively.
Required Competencies
- Proficiency in Excel for operational tasks.
- Preferred fluency in Hindi for effective communication.
- A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, empathize with concerns, and ensure consistent quality service delivery.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude to address issues proactively and creatively, coupled with ownership of resolution processes.
