Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex RPA development projects from initial concept through to production deployment.
• Design and implement comprehensive automation solutions encompassing process analysis, architecture design, development, testing, and deployment stages.
• Analyze and optimize workflows while adhering to RPA best practices and principles of business process automation.
• Create detailed process documentation, technical specifications, and design artifacts to support RPA initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years practical experience in RPA development focusing on automation.
• Proficient programming skills in Python, Java, .NET, or equivalent languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex business operations and identify automation potentials.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
