Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards.
  • Maintain rooms with fresh linen, bedding, and towels.
  • Follow all hotel safety and security guidelines diligently.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, team members, services, operating hours, and nearby amenities such as malls and restaurants.
  • Keep stock of essential room supplies, including soap, tissues, and drinking glasses.
  • Report any items left behind by guests according to lost and found protocols.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Skills and Personal Attributes

  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player.

  • Understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Additional Information

The hiring process may include phone and manager interviews, drug screening, background and reference checks, as well as employment assessments. This role is eligible for tips.
