Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in guest rooms and public spaces to meet company standards
• Ensure fresh linen, bedding, and towels are supplied in rooms
• Follow all hotel safety and security protocols diligently
• Stay informed about hotel services, staff, operational hours, and nearby amenities such as malls and restaurants
• Stock guest rooms with essentials including soap, tissues, and drinking glasses
• Report any guest belongings left behind in accordance with hotel's lost and found procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Additional Information

The recruitment process may include phone and manager interviews, drug screening, background and reference checks, and possibly an employment assessment. Paid Time Off (PTO) is offered as per company policy for eligible employees. The position is eligible for tips. Compensation details will be communicated during interviews.
