Job Responsibilities

• Effectively clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational standards of the dish room and dishwashing equipment.
• Replenish supplies including dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans as needed.
• Properly dispose of all garbage following established protocols.
• At shift-end, dismantle, clean, and sanitize the dishwashing machine thoroughly.
• Keep dish storage and auxiliary areas organized and clean.
• Support cleaning in other restaurant areas upon request.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferred minimum education level: High School diploma.
• Prior experience in a similar steward or dishwashing role is required.

Skills and Abilities

• Flexibility to work various hours and shifts as required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
