Location Highlights

Situated on Mauritius' east coast, this tranquil resort boasts a picturesque lagoon and turquoise waters ideal for water sports. The property features lush greenery, stunning views, and stylish villas with private gardens and pools, including accommodations for resident giant tortoises. The resort offers 90 one-bedroom villas, a Presidential Suite, and 45 larger villas, alongside five food and beverage venues, an off-property beach bar/restaurant, an acclaimed over-water spa, two tennis courts, and a fitness center.

Recruitment & Benefits

As part of our global hiring approach promoting diversity and inclusion, we welcome expatriates to join us in Mauritius. The role includes visa sponsorship for up to three years and provision of shared housing.

Salary: The monthly pay is Rs. 20,610, totaling Rs. 247,320 annually.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Arrive punctually for shifts, stay informed about schedules, and notify supervisors promptly if unable to attend work.
  • Collect and sign for issued equipment at shift start, including iPod, DECT phone, master key, and vacuum cleaner; promptly report any loss or damage.
  • Prepare and clean guest rooms in accordance with Four Seasons’ standards and service sequence, including linen replacement, rubbish disposal, dusting, minibar replenishment, and furniture arrangement.
  • Maintain bathrooms by replacing linens and toiletries, thoroughly cleaning surfaces, fixtures, and floors, and polishing glasses.
  • Report faulty equipment and update room status using the iPod during room entry and upon completion.
  • Engage courteously with guests by using their names, respecting privacy requests, and promptly communicating guest preferences to coordinators for future reference.
  • Maintain tidiness and stock levels in service and linen areas, restock minibars accurately, and ensure all cleaning equipment is clean and functional.
  • Conduct special tasks such as spring cleaning, manage keys and lost property responsibly, and notify supervisors about rooms not requiring service or displaying 'Do Not Disturb' signs.
  • Support resort safety by reporting hazards, suspicious activities, and following health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in training and meetings as required, consistently upholding professional appearance and conduct standards.

  • Adhere to government health, hygiene, licensing, and fire safety regulations.
  • Report accidents according to established procedures.
  • Respond appropriately to emergency situations.
