About the Role

As a Room Attendant with Hotel Du Vin, located in Harrogate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest bedrooms to meet the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure every guest enjoys a flawless and comfortable stay.

Operating within the Housekeeping team, your duties include daily cleaning of guest rooms and ensuring the environment is tidy and welcoming. Conversational English skills are essential due to interaction with guests, and the capacity to work independently for segments of your shift is expected.

Working Hours and Flexibility

This full-time role generally involves set shifts predominantly scheduled between 9am and 3pm, five days a week, with flexible start times between 9am and 10am. Early starts or weekend-only working arrangements may be discussed during the interview process.

Training and Development

No prior experience in a similar role is necessary, but a positive mindset and enthusiasm to contribute to the hotel's success are vital. Comprehensive training on proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment will be provided. Successful candidates can join an apprenticeship program after probation, supporting career growth within the company.
