About the Role
CentiMark Ltd., a leading commercial roofing contractor based in Winnipeg, is seeking a Roofing Estimator to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections of commercial roofing at customer locations.
- Identify and communicate any roofing issues to clients.
- Take measurements and estimate required materials and labor for roof replacement projects.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to supply accurate information for generating customer proposals.
- Support marketing efforts to acquire new business accounts.
- Be prepared for occasional overnight travel during work weeks.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and bid estimating software.
- Experience in general construction, roofing, or construction sales.
- Possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
- Physically capable of climbing ladders up to at least 25 feet.
- Familiarity with commercial roofing systems such as thermoplastic, BUR, metal, shingles, tile, SPF foam, and coatings is preferred; training available for suitable candidates.
- College degree in Construction Management or related field is advantageous.
