Role Overview
We are looking for driven individuals interested in a rewarding career in the roofing industry, no previous experience in roofing or sales is necessary. With paid training offered and a tested system for success, this position allows you to assist homeowners recovering from storm damage by inspecting roofs and guiding them through repair processes. The role offers a chance for steady career progression and earnings control.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out roof and external property inspections following storm damage events.
- Accurately record damage and communicate your findings to homeowners.
- Generate potential clients via door-to-door canvassing and referrals.
- Provide support to homeowners during insurance claims procedures.
- Secure signed contracts for restoration services.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and continuous training sessions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and safely climb ladders.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills through coaching.
Compensation and Benefits
