Role Overview

The Groundskeeper is tasked with maintaining both outdoor and specified indoor property areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and good upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and trash removal around property buildings and grounds.
• Manage care, upkeep, and inventory of all property and management company equipment and supplies.
• Clear snow and apply de-icing materials on walkways to prevent ice hazards.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies consistently.
• Report any unusual or extraordinary events concerning the property or its residents.
• Wear designated property uniform and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Respond to queries and situations with courtesy and efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company and community policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficient use of groundskeeping tools and machinery.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in performing tasks.
• Capability to understand and follow detailed instructions presented in writing or orally.
• Problem solving involving a limited range of concrete variables within standard situations.
• Demonstrated initiative in completing assigned tasks effectively.

Additional Information

AMC offers competitive full-time compensation ranging from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour.
