Job description
Role Overview
Join our newly established, cutting-edge Service Centre as a vital Rolex Polisher, where your expertise will help uphold Rolex's renowned quality standards. You will meticulously polish and restore watches, ensuring every piece meets both time and cost expectations while reflecting unparalleled craftsmanship.
Key Duties
- Refurbish and finish stainless steel and precious metal watches and bracelets within agreed SLA timeframes based on customer job cards.
- Guarantee all work submitted to Quality Control aligns with Rolex's strict quality benchmarks.
- Maintain all polishing machinery, tooling, and mops according to health and safety standards.
- Disassemble watches and undertake re-casing operations post-polishing.
- Support ongoing training initiatives and contribute to departmental improvements.
- Adhere to weekly production targets corresponding to company Standard-Times of Operation.
Work Environment
This position requires onsite presence for five days per week at our Hammersmith location. Further details about workplace policies can be obtained from the Talent Acquisition team.
Candidate Profile
- Self-motivated, organized, and cooperative individual with Rolex Level 30 Accreditation.
- Hands-on bench experience polishing watches or handling similarly sized components in related industries.
- Expertise in refinishing watches, with previous work involving Rolex products being advantageous.
